Thank you for shopping at CaseHavenIndia. We strive to ensure a delightful shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels, and protective layers intact.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product/colour/model as per your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items returned after the 7-day return window.
Items showing obvious signs of use, wear, tear, or damage that is not a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or other clearly marked promotional events where the policy explicitly states "No Returns, No Exchanges."

4. Return Process - Step-by-Step

Initiate Return: Send message to our Customer Support team in Whatsapp at 7558929591 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide Details: In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The Item(s) you wish to return.
- The specific Reason for Return (e.g., Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item, Unsatisfied).
- Photographs/Videos clearly showing the defect or damage (this is mandatory for damaged/defective claims).
Return Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for the return.
Reverse Pickup/Shipping:
- For Damaged/Defective/Wrong items: We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address.
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect model ordered by customer): You will be responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back to us at the address provided with the RAN. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a mandatory quality inspection.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approval: After the quality check, if the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
- Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide.
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund. This duration is subject to your bank's processing time.

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different color or model if:

The item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong product.
The requested item is in stock.

If you opt for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you after the original item is received, inspected, and approved.

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at Whatsapp support team.
Post-Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation request will be treated as a return, and the return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
