Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of ₹90 applies to all orders under ₹499.
FREE Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders totaling ₹499 and above.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to monitor the live status of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to fully update.

Damage/Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong mobile case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to [Your Customer Service Email] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or the incorrect case and its packaging. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Non-Delivery: If the tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate the matter with the courier immediately.
